The Lo-Lee-Pop

It was a great performance by UKM’s Orchestra for the Konsert Di Raja. A friend of mine invited me for the event. Her housemate was one of the violinists. I am not a musician, but I really appreciate good music (definitely those that pleased my ears).

An invite for orchestra is something I always look for. It’s just a bit difficult to find a ‘kaki’ that enjoys the ambience. The orchestra was lead by Dato’ Johari Salleh, a well-known name in music industry.

My favorite session was ‘Seleksi Nostalgia’ of P. Ramlee’s songs followed by those Negeri Sembilan’s songs. I am not a P.Ramlee’s fans of movies but his song were so genius that caught my ears.

It was a nice dinner I had, courtesy of Mr. Rezeki at Concorde. There were some interesting topics. One of those which attracted me the most was ‘Why Concorde Shah Alam?’ It’s all about a wish came true.

Regardless what your wish is, there must be a way to get it. Ah ha! There are 2 missions here. That 3GS and 325. 3GS by December 2009 and 325 in the next 5 years. While the 3GS is possible to achieve, I should start making the right move for 325.

My Ultimate Vision Board

I started to understand my golden dreams. Though it’s a little bit too late to start things again, I will make sure those dreams come true. I am drawing the map, making it easier for me to identify ways of making them victory, where I could finally say, “Yes, hard work really pays off!”

No one would really understand those things I am planning. The best I could do is just to keep it to myself. As I am really climbing the mountain, with limitations, I promised, only honesty will lead me to the top.

No matter how difficult would it be, I’ll stay strong and I swear to catch them as fast as I could. I pray God is always by my side, guiding me with the best direction, blessing me with His loves.

The Roundabout Madness

I hate roundabouts and my house is located in the Town of Roundabouts and those road bullies are scaring me! Give me time; I’ll get use to busy road. Meantime, I’ll practice my annoying parking skills. I think there’s a reason jockey is needed now; to cater a hopeless driver like me.

I was kinda surprise knowing they hooked up after years of leaving the most memorable place, TIKL. Hmm, it’s a bit funny in some ways looking at friends that turned couple but it may be good for some people.

Pondering for a Moment

I just do not know why I prefer writing at my private blog rather than here. Perhaps that’s the only platform where I really speak my mind; need not to take care of others’ feelings. I am not too sure how many of you still following this piece of words from me, but I do receive some emails responding to my thoughts.

I may not be a good writer with those beautiful words crafted making my story a wonderland. Yet, I know it too well, I wrote in honesty with my sincerity throughout the journey of life. I said LIFE, and I meant it.

Well, I just do not know why recently I feel like I have found something that I wanted badly. But, I couldn’t configure what is that something. It is just the feeling without a clear indication. Hmm, such a mystery aite. Duh, what nonsense I’m talking here.

Ooops He Did it Again ~ Sejarah TELAH Berulang

Oh my gawd… He did it again!!! What a performance! Yes, it’s Tomok I’m talking about here. It was OIAM Top 4 and he outshined the rest of the contestants. Yes, I know you guys might think that I’m bloody ‘lemau’ now praising the former ‘mat rempit’ singer.

Well, I was bias when he started joining the contest. We all knew his track record, ‘Sejarah Mungkin Berulang’ which apparently was a big hit those days. I’ve never been interested to listen to him, neither his band too. How could we forget his ‘sengau’ singing?

Time passes by and people change. This dude has changed as well. From a so called cute boy with amazing ‘sengau’ voice he became a dude who has grown up together with his singing style and new aged of performance. [I know some people are laughing at me.. and I know it’s weird].

Tonight he sang medley of 3 songs from Alleycats which were Kerana Kau, Sekuntum Mawar Merah and yeah I forgot the title of the first song. I didn’t really feel it until he reached the climax of the first song. He got the momentum starting from that and managed to finish the 4 minutes with I assumed as a good performance.

I rated his performance as the best among all, followed by my favorite boy Aweera, Esther and Nine. [Well, my music vocab isn’t that good, so do not simply believe my review ya. You better check their performance on 8TV’s website or Youtube later].

I have a strong feeling Tomok gonna make it to final with Esther. Perhaps Aweera would join them if the finale is filled with 3 spots. I may like Aweera better, perhaps because of the looks, but his chance of winning is slim compared to Tomok and Esther.

I might vote for Tomok in final. [Haha, I know what you guys are thinking… ]Wow… Suddenly I became an entertainment journalist!

Damn, I’ve just started breathing and yeah, I’m abundant with those things again. I need a break, but I refused to. There are too many things which I would want to learn. I wouldn’t back off without meeting my expectation.

It’s killing me though. How am I supposed to forgive myself when this nuisance keeps hitting me? Oh please, send me to rehab!

Dude, the super slave is back again, by request definitely! I’m tired with work which now is killing me. [I’m seriously tired and exhausted]. Fuck, I’m bringing my work back home?

P/S : I’m sorry for those I’ve neglected recently. Only those who see me at work know the reasons of being so. Unfortunately, not everyone would really know other than me.

This is my personal point of view.

1. Seorang yang pendiam – I don’t talk much unless my quota of the day still available. I’m picky and I only talk to some people but the conversation shall continue till the next day.

2. Mempunyai banyak perkara baik pada diri anda dan kadangkala berubah menjadi kurang baik. – I love the ‘perkara baik’ and let’s avoide ‘menjadi kurang baik’ aite.

3. Anda seorang yang banyak berfikir. – Think out of the box, it most of the times it goes so far that I couldn’t track it.

4. Disebabkan sifat ini, satu hari nanti anda akan mendapat hasil yang baik dalam kehidupan. – Ameen.

5. Tetapi, disebabkan banyak berfikir, kadang kala anda menjadi keliru – I am confused of a lot of things now. O’o.

6. Anda seharusnya bertindak tanpa terlalu banyak berfikir untuk mendapat hasil yang memuaskan. – Noted.

I Am Married to Twilight

I’ve not been writing for quite sometimes. It’s not that I did not have anything to shout out. I was so freaking tired with work which abundant me with work, work, work, and work like forever. Nevertheless, I value the stressful moment at work I encountered which indirectly gave me an opportunity to spread my wings.

I’ve learned about commercials script writing as well as some productions. Well, it may be easy to some people who got background in broadcasting. It was not that difficult too. It’s just I’ve been juggling between my work and someone else’s work. There’s no point of whining when my work is not moving as the way it supposed to.

I willingly volunteered to finish the productions which apparently made me working like a super slave. I reminded myself with ‘Hard work pays off’. Weehoo!!!! Such a good therapy aite. I know… :S

…and all of a sudden I feel like resuming my study. I want a Masters Degree in Mass Comm. What? I wish I was rich that I could decide on that just in 15 seconds. Perhaps I could make my dream to study abroad comes true. Perhaps US? UK then as my second option. Too bad, no one is sponsoring me. [That’s why it’s called a DREAM].

I wanted to do journalism. But, yeah, I wish I could do broadcasting too. Hmm, But I want to be good in PR. Hmmm, advertising sounds great too! Oh my goodness, I wanted all!!! I regretted for doing my degree in marketing though somehow rather it’s actually connected to Mass Comm. [Let’s hope it’s not too late].

The more I learn, the more I feel my knowledge is shallow. I seriously need to buck up and stand together with those so called seniors which I believe not that good either. [What, I undermined people’s credibility???]. I am just craving for knowledge. I am not lying, I want to go US to resume my study! […no way it could happen now :( . Too bad].

Put aside those DREAMS and WHINES. I rewarded myself with a complete set of Twilight!!!! I became an addict. The story was beautifully written and I fall to Edward Cullen again. [Yeah I know, the vampire that looks like diamond, and I laughed at him when he turned diamond ~ If you watch the movie you’ll now which scene I was actually referring to].

I got all 4!

Total of RM 116.80 spent for the collection is nothing compared to my satisfaction and passion. Mind here, I’ve cut my shopping expenses for certain things that I desired. [I really chopped off my shopping budget, hmm… No regret!].

Some people can be so irresponsible when it comes to work. I can get so annoyed with people who’s been complaining about work when most of the times they are on Facebook, YM, MSN, Youtube and Blogspot. I do the same thing too, but only after my work is done. I repeat, only after my work is done.

Some people can be so ignorant talking shits when they know nothing about things which are happening. Giving me some stupid excuses made my blood boiling and yes I would love to soup these people and auction them at E-Bay. [IF THERE’S ANY BLIND TO BUY!]

Some people can be so witty asking me questions which seriously considered unintelligent. These people love to make simple thing which can be settled in 5 minutes to 5 hours. This people just do not have work to do and trying hard to look workaholic! Oh man, wake up! You guys are bloody irritating pretentious bitch. [MEREKA INI ADALAH LELAKI DAN PEREMPUAN]

Some people can be so funny trying hard to show me how POWERFUL they’re over some small thing. The fact is I can talk to their bosses with no problem and make them look bad. I’ve done that and I’m capable enough to tarnish their reputation.

Some people can be so hardworking eating pisang goreng and playing their remote controlled helicopters in the office for the fact another group is so damn busy doing work.

I did not plan of going out anywhere today until TJ smsed me for her smoking session [Today, yesterday… Err whatever]. It’s my lazy day that I was sleeping the whole morning and afternoon. I ignored her the early 5 minutes we seated there since I was to ‘syiok’ watching the news of Tun Dr. Mahathir joining UMNO back. [Sorry sangat]. Hihi. I’m not into politics but I admire Tun so very much. I hope there is a chance for me to capture some nice picture with him.

It’s Earth Hour and Uncle K made an effort contributing to the cause. The actual Uncle K was around too! Shall I say Datuk K instead? Let's consider our Earth Hour as romantic though nothing much we had done other than talking, coffee, talking and toilet, talking, talking, talking. What a pleasant evening I had seeing Anggun performing live once again after so many years. I am not her die hard fan yet I love to see her performing and seriously do not mind paying for such a good sexy performer.

My seat was located on the right wing of the hall just behind some local celebrities and media [Yeah, yeah… Just next to Era FM’s bunting. Did I just say Era?]. I was sitting next to my dearest cacat friend TJ and as usual I am more cacater than her. Other than TJ, some other friends were around too. Paktam, Am, Bob and Hairil were with me and TJ too. I saw some other friends seated at other places as well.

Anggun made a very good and sexy introduction which I adore so much. She wore a Kimono type of blouse that showing off her legs… What a signature aite… I believe that’s Anggun we wanted to see. We do not want to see the typical lady singer wearing the same style of long evening dress that at times made that particular person looks aunty.

Her performance was really entertaining and stunning and she can really joke and at times was quite cynical too. Her signature sexy movements on stage remained which I adore so much. She didn’t change. I really wish I was seated closer to the stage allowing me to snap some pictures. [Some really sexy poses and yeah, Su stop it!!!]

I'm going ANGGUN, again.... The last time I saw her performing was 5 years ago during Jazz Festival at Bukit Kiara. I am eager. I am excited. She is such a sexy performer. I would love to listen to Berganti Hati (No Song) and Jadi Milikmu (Crazy).

As Pink As You Hana

I reached the office a little bit late than usual today [Thank God, boss was not around :p ]. Well, it’s the UMNO Assembly happening at PWTC. Since my office is just a walking distance from PWTC, I could see bunches of people in white baju Melayu with red ‘samping’ and ‘songkok’, veteran ladies in white and red baju kurung and the younger generation ladies in white and pink baju kurung.

I smiled sheepishly to those people. It’s kinda cute seeing those people in ‘so called corporate color’. [Seriously, I found it cute]. Despite the fact that I’m against politics I do agree these people look extremely ‘Hidup Melayu’ which we should be proud off. It’s only some of the politicians’ behavior that made us feel disgusted aite? [Tak nak agree pun takper… Tak paksa pun].

Oh yeah, all of a sudden I have this feeling… I’m missing my MBTJ’s sweetheart. It has been quite a while since the last time we met though. The recent meet up was on 15th February. That was the PINK DAY. [Yeah, yeah… It’s the Puteri Umno that made me realized that I wore a white and pink kebaya for Shab’s engagement].

We continued our work as Operator Pengeluaran. Oh well, nothing much I could explain here except the progress is going on as expected. We had more Operator Pengeluaran Lelaki for today [Perhaps, because there were more guys attended our Temuduga Terbuka this morning]

The session today was more casual, perhaps because we had done the complicated task yesterday. Some of us may not be as funny as the day before, yet there were a few which still holding the Raja Lawak title [Oh, Yart will forever Raja Lawak – I’ll vote you babe! SMS Yart hantarkan ke 32325]

Syarikat Percetakan Klasik - Episode 1

This entry is dedicated to the staffs of ‘Syarikat Percetakan Klasik’ of ‘Sebuah Kisah Klasik Untuk Masa Depan’

What a day… My day with Syarikat Percetakan Klasik started as early as 10.30 am. Am fetched me from my house and we went to Master Art buying some necessary stuffs for the invitation card. We reached Bob’s house and started doing our work. Trust me, the challenging moment triggered from the very first moment we touched the papers.

We custom made our own envelope for a reason to maintain the quality of the invitation card. Our intention was to bring back memories to TIKLians and made them realized it has been years we left the place we grew up for 2 years. Therefore, we have to make sure the invitation card reach the hand of the owners in a good shape.

I thought the task was rather simple and easy, yet once you do it, you’ll know how detail was it. In the early stage I was very confident we could finish everything by 3 pm and yeah, until 1 am of the next date, we were still doing it, 300 handmade envelopes with 300 invitation cards printed by ourselves. Tell me about it, a voluntary working of more than 14 hours, minus 3 hours of eating and short outing, was seriously tiring.

I assumed all of us as ‘Operator Pengeluaran’ who’s working with a Malay company called ‘Syarikat Percetakan Klasik’. I bet you, I wouldn’t want to apply a job as ‘Operator Pengeluaran’ after I had experienced a very stressful moment doing the same task over and over again. :p [It’s bloody tiring and torturing my mind and soul bebeh].

Those who were working for the day-shift were Bob, Am, Ezarnur, Kabe and I. It’s fun as ‘Kenduri Kahwin’ yet incredibly a mind war. Oh man, seriously a crazy work. I hope the 300 recipients appreciate our effort no matter how different our philosophies ya! All of us are matured enough aite.

The evening shift was completed by Noryn, Yart, Amoi (thanks for helping), Bob, Am and I again. [Yeah, yeah we did some ‘Temudaga Terbuka Operator Pengeluaran – Sila Hadir Ke Rumah Bob’]. Their attendances have lightened up the tiring moment. I know some people were damn exhausted. Hard work will pay off! [No OT, No Gaji Too – Purely Voluntary Work].

When I know it’s Time to Amuse Myself

Owh, what a roller coaster period I’m facing for the past few months… Mixed feelings coming along that sometimes made me thinking of FUTURE. How I wish that I own a Doraemon which shall help me accomplish my missions and visions. When there are too many things which I need to think about, I exactly know it’s time to amuse myself. We need not to pay a visit at an amusement park as there are many random things which are amusing enough.

How do I amuse myself when I’m in the office?
1. I’ll start putting on the Igor cap which I took from a colleague’s place and try my best to look ugly.
2. I’ll sing and dance in front of Ah Ket and sometimes Ezra. Oh yeah, it’s not the sexy dance or superb singing yet it’s always some silly actions.
3. I’ll make fun of my colleague and try to imitate them. Oh yeah, ” Mr. Nama Saya AWKWARD Dan Saya Panggil Bagi Pihak Su*** Fm. Saya Ingin Mengetahui Siapakah Pengurus Pemasaran Kamu” is my favorite. What a character aite…

How do I amuse myself when I’m at home?
1. I’ll drag my youngest brother to do some silly jokes and bring him into the kitchen for a cooking experiment.
2. I’ll sit in front of my PC and search for some funny videos.
3. I’ll play with my make up kit trying to blend the ugliest color which resulted myself looking like a clown.

How do I amuse myself when I’m surrounded with friends?
1. I’ll concentrate listening to their conversation as they always my amusement park.
2. I’ll look at their actions, their small actions sometimes make me LMAO

Oh well, sooooo random. Effect of last night. A dinner with FHM. :p

The FM Moment

While I was listening to Fly, something big was happening at Suria. Somebody bagged home the 44K for Teka Suara Siapa [drooling]. I’ve been listening to Suria on and off but couldn’t identify the voices. How I wish the money was mine. Then I can go for one month holiday [in my dream]. It’s not going to be mine, since I’m attached to the station.

I’ve started listening to the radio station I’m working at though the playlist is not really my cup of tea [perhaps it’s my cup of Milo or Sirap Limau]. Nevertheless, I would recommend you Suria Lounge. It is a weekend segment broadcasted every Saturday from 8.00 to 10.00 pm. [I know, I know the timing is a bit odd – No one listen to radio at that time aite]. I’ll try to listen to this segment whenever possible as it plays some really good songs locally and internationally (Indon, English, Japan etc.)

Alternatively, try to listen to Jus Urban from Jus Radio. They do play some good songs too. [Good job Naz, and thanks for playing my music – Malam Ku Bermimpi]. They shall update the playlist weekly and I bet you some the songs are fresh [Exaggerating as usual]. This is not a free promo since I have a friend working there, but I’m just sharing you my thoughts.

But the truth is, I love listening to Fly Fm Pagi Show. Put aside the playlist, it’s not much different compared to other radio stations. The reason my ears glued onto this station is because of the announcers. Nadia, Fabes and Ben are so damn hilarious made me smiling all the way to office. [Nadia, you’re dramatic, but you rawk!].

…and why not you guys tune to Red 104.9.They have revamped their playlist and I love the ’40 Minutes Non-Stop Music’. They have a good combination of today’s hits and everlasting cool songs. It’s not that I’m trying to suck up my new boss who is also managing Red, I’m just sharing aite.

Well, we just can’t live without music [Err, we can’t live without water and air, not music]]. The end of the day, it’s your personal preference that derive everything.

Journey to Ms. Sleeping Beauty World

God damn… It’s already 2.15 in the morning but I am still awake. I have tried to close my eyes for a few times. I browsed through my phone inbox and suddenly I found this sms. “…semua orang memang rasa camtu kalau tak gosok gigi sebelum tidur” [This is the edited version; I’ve cut some personal message there].

I’ve brushed my teeth but I still can’t sleep. Don’t tell me that I’m gonna sleep in the office during lunch together with the “Hello” hantu in the office. This is my confession; I’m suffering this difficulty for months… [I refused to call it insomnia; it sounded like a psychotic illness].

I need to sleep. Guess I should start counting hundred to zero now. 100, 99, 98, 97, 96, 95, 94, 93, 92, 91, 90…. Chup, I’m feeling so fresh! Haih….

The Post EPL Meeting

It's the hard work that matters

Since 2 months ago, my Sundays are always with these people. We’ve been talking about the good old days and ways to transform it into a new excitement. Some of you might know that these people have put their effort in organizing a reunion of TIKLians 1999/2000.

Guess whose teeth are bigger and whose skin color is lighter?

I value the moments with them. Through out my transition period, I have found another treasure which is called FRIENDSHIP. [No worries MBTJ darlings, you still my No.1 Sweetheart, my love for you is beyond words]. I learned to understand more about sacrifices among friends and therefore I put my hat off to those people who have walked together in making the TIKL reunion a reality.

Told you Bob, go and get yourself a Mac book. You wont be in their league without it. ;p

Today’s meeting started with super hot news, the EPL – Man U vs. Liverpool. How ironic aite… Everyone seems to be talking about the same topic ever since yesterday. I am thankful that I watched the match. [Well, how I wish there was at least 1 Liverpool’s supporter there… I would love to see another argument between them. Saturday night was really fun!].

It was raining heavily outside there, but these people looked so happy.

My excitement on football talks died when Bob and Paktam started sharing their Java Jazz experiences. Huish... I was so freaking envy! I am a jazz junkie but I did not attend the big event??? FORK! How pathetic that I forgo the event just because of my stupid reasons… [I guess I should not repeat the reasons anymore. I wrote it in the other blog].

Thanks Paktam & Halim for the donuts. Free donuts are always delicious.

I assumed the discussion today went well and the team is on the right track. As usual, the meeting shall not complete without their silly jokes and yeah ‘Buang Asramalah…’ was such a memorable quote that I love to hear. Yeah, Halim imitated Ustaz Jo with the right intonation. [Err, I adore Ustaz Jo for his unbelievable acts…]

So, action speaks louder than words. Yummy.. More free donuts please...

By the way, I should be receiving all those 6 songs by Malique and the Essentials from Bob at this very moment. :p

It's a Fun Fun World

Oh well, I just can’t imagine I made it public. After months having a private blog for some selected readers, I finally have gut to share my thoughts with everybody. My writing here may not be as dramatic as what written in my private blog, but I bet you it’s going to be fun.
